I have setup civiCRM. I wanted to know how many SMS per second is this application capable of sending

This would be a function of your hardware and your SMS provider actually. CiviCRM itself has no limit.

Thanks but I want to send a million SMS. Is there any SMS application which can send around 10k SMS per second ?

Would be good if you can run a test and see what throughput you get from CiviSMS

curious to see how fast u can get it to send. there are ways you can make it send in parallel if you have a big enough box with lots of memory, but that will require some development
