Developer needed for Civisync with Bluehornet EMS

Our company is looking for a developer to create a CiviCRM - Bluehornet sync script similar to the one Mailchimp has created: http://www.targetintegration.com/downloads/mailchimp-civicrm-sync-11.html

Bluehornet has an API which should allow all the features Mailchimp included, then some.
