CiviContribute confirmation loads above website header
September 18, 2013, 12:46:42 am
When clicking onto our contribution page, the initial step loads normally: our website header appears first, followed by the CiviCRM content. However, once the user has entered their email, selected an amount, and clicked through, the CiviCRM 'confirmation' content loads above our website header, which makes the page look bizarre.

As far as I can tell, the contributions still work, but this is not an ideal situation. Has anyone else had this problem? Do you know where I might look to resolve this? I'd be very grateful for any advice.

Are you running the WordPress SEO plugin, by any chance? Afaik that messes everything up when certain settings are enabled.

Otherwise, is the Contribution page created via a shortcode? Those always work fine for us, but the subsequent pages can have weird theme issues. Do you have the same thing if you view the Live page via the shortcut on the Manage Contribution Pages screen?

I also have the same issue as the OP--the initial contribution form looks fine (inserted into WordPress using the shortcode), but the confirmation page appears above the header, which is especially problematic as we have a dark background on the page which makes this misplaced text unreadable.

Using the latest version of Wordpress and CiviCRM 4.4.4, not running the WP SEO plugin. Also, same issue when using the Live link from the contributions page manager. Any suggestions would be great, for now I am simply disabling the confirmation page.

Same issue, same settings. Has anyone made any headway on this?
