Customize/redirect Unsubscribe and Opt Out?

Newbie question: Is it possible to re-direct the Unsubscribe and OptOut links at bottom of bulk emails so that it goes to our current web site that is hosted elsewhere? We are using the WordPress platform, and will be developing a WordPress version of our website, but at this point it is not ready. The Unsubscribe link currently goes to http://hornfarm.s483.sureserver.com/?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/mailing/optout&reset=1&jid=12&qid=105&h=e7ff58e0a3c78118. I am not sure where to change it and if I do change it what will I break...

wierdly this is the third or fourth time this request has come up, where folks want to keep civi on the backend but want civimail handling on a different server

this option does not exist, but i suspect would be great to add to the codebase (either directly or via an extension). I suspect its a 20 or so hour project. If your org/client can sponsor this development that would be great

Thanks for the quick reply! Like many folks, I am not a developer but always have things I would like to see developed... would this development be cross-platform and what sort of donation amount gets 20 or so hours of development? (Note to self: buy Powerball ticket and win 60 million... ;D)
