Columns Missing from Search Reuslts

I am not sure what to do here because I have columns missing from search results (See attached.).

I have looked all over the settings and everything matches other installs I have and the CiviCRM demo. 

The missing columns are not there for a basic or advanced search. Also the columns were not there in 4.3.3 and after an upgrade to 4.3.5 are not present.

ping us on irc. might need to login as civi admin and check a couple of things

seems like that site has the default search profile set:

http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/setting/search?reset=1 (search for default contact search profile)

Somehow the search options got unchecked. I checked them again and all is well.
