JustGiving extension crash
September 29, 2013, 11:02:44 am
I installed the JustGiving 1.1 extension, and downloaded from JustGiving a 'Fundraising page report' in Excel format and copied it to a .csv file.  It crashed and I've attached the backtrace.
The key line in the backtrace might  be this?
/home/dcmadmin/public_html/sites/all/modules/civicrm/packages/DB/mysql.php(898): DB_common->raiseError(-1, NULL, NULL, NULL, "1227 ** Access denied; you need the SUPER privilege for this operation")

I should add that I couldn't figure out what this bit meant in your install instructions - can you expand on this?
"Edit CRM_Finance_BAO_Import_Source within the extension and allocate the payment instruments you determined."

Hi Andy

This a permissions issue i.e. as you've pointed out you need SUPER privileges to carry out this function.

In terms of the file - if you send me the first line of your just giving file (column headers) we can add an expanded explanation to the instructions based on your file format.

Thanks

Parvez

I've attached the header of the JustGiving csv file.

The MySql user in question has got 'All' privileges to the CiviCRM database - I don't understand why greater access could be needed?  And I'm logged in as Drupal Admin (No 1 user).  Sorry, out of my depth with needing Super to run this extension.  Can you explain?

Thanks for your help.
