I want to talk with people about their CiviSMPT experience

I work with www.MAPLight.org and we want to adopt civicrm as our membership and CRM database, we were worried about our emails being blocked by spam blockers until we learned of this service. I'd deeply appreciate the opportunity to talk with someone about problems/solutions to problems with CiviMAIL/SMTP.

I've used CiviSMTP service for a few projects and it was wonderful. They have very good customer service, their rates are extremely low, and we didn't have deliverability issues (though we didn't do thorough testing of the latter). Setup is much simpler than CiviMail, and you don't have to worry about throughput issues.

Collectively, my clients sent nearly 100,000 messages in the last month. CiviSMTP deliverability is very good, and Shane is great about notifying me if there are problems communicating back to my server. (e.g., I recently changed the address for my SOAP proxy, and didn't update my CiviSMTP settings, and Shane let me know before I even noticed a problem with that account.)
