upgrade 4.1.6 to 4.2.1

I rebuilt the db at 4.1.6. Then tried upgrading to 4.2.1. Getting the following error

ALTER TABLE civicrm_contribution_page DROP FOREIGN KEY FK_civicrm_contribution_page_payment_processor_id [nativecode=1025 ** Error on rename of '.\civicrm_ncca\civicrm_contribution_page' to '.\civicrm_ncca\#sql2-a7c-345' (errno: 152)]

I looked in CRM/Upgrade/Incremental/sql/4.2alpha1.mysql.tpl and there is no such statement. I cleared default/files/civicrm/ConfigAndLog and default/files/civicrm/templates_c/en_US. Are there other cache's to clear???

The code is in civicrm/CRM/Upgrade/Incremental/php/FourTwo.php but it's not so straightforward. I would first try to determine why you got that error...
