Columns in registrations list on dashboard

Is it possible to change which data is shown for the registrations on the dashboard? Also, when you click e.g. "Counted" you get a search result. Is there a way to modify the columns returned in this search?

Feels like I'm missing something obvious here, but I can't seem to find how you tweak search result output for participants/registrations and how that would apply to participants searched from the dashboard.

The dashboard links for Counted, Not Counted, etc take you back to "Find Participants" while searching each time with appropriate search criteria.

eg For counted - we force Find Participants to run with active statuses for all roles for the respective event
http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/event/search?reset=1&force=1&event=1&status=true&role=true

and so on for other statuses as well.

What changes do you want to make to the columns?

I'd like to remove some columns and add others (obviously ;-). More specifically I miss a "organization" column, and yes I know that is a related contact, which is why I assume I need some more elaborate tweaking.
