Custom Fields not creating and Triggers not working

I have 4.3.5 installed on Joomla 2.5.14. I have been using and working well.  I then tried to create custom fields and I get error that
Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
DB Error: no such field
Return to home page.
It does not do it everytime but most times. But you go back to that screen it shows its there and I went to db and it showed it there.
I have search forums and found some on this but not enough to fix it and I need some help
and when I have these custom fields done now I cant create new organinzation it give me same error but if I go disable the custom fields then I can add them again.
I know it has to be with some permissions or how user is setup or something but I dont have current knowledge of where to go now.

I also have a clone site setup to do more testing and decided to upgrade to 4.3.6 on it and I get and error about Trigger not setup for this db

I have contacted my hosting (Siteground), I look at my user and it has all rights, they say triggering is allowed and enabled.
So I am thinking there things all have something in common why things are not working right. My sql skill set is minimum.

can you check the error logs in: /media/civicrm/ConfigAndLog/

when u get the error again. You'll get a more detailed error backtrace and details on the DB error

I have contacted my hosting at Siteground and they say I have those rights.
Also attached is what my user rights show to be

Hi,

I am having the same problem, I see what's wrong but I don't know how to fix.

I have the correct permissions, etc.

But the script is calling for the database on the localhost.  My database is NOT on the localhost.  I only have this issue when adding custom fields.  All other parts of the site and Civicrm work fine.

I have checked the settings files and everything is correct.  Where is Civi getting this setting?!

What seemed to final work for me was I contacted my hosting again and again. They said the rights were correct but still was not working. They took rights away and re-applied them and mysteriously things started to work.
