Surveys + CiviMember + Wordpress?
October 06, 2013, 08:41:26 pm
I'm trying to figure out the best way to show a Survey as a page to logged in CiviMembers.  My site is hooked up with Wordpress and people register with CiviCRM and get logged in to Wordpress/CiviCRM, and I want them to be able to see Surveys when they are logged in.  Any insight into how to get a Survey onto a page?

I can't even figure out how to assign the survey to a certain Membership type (rather than a contact type)? I'm not sure how related this is to getting the Survey to show up on a page.

You can add a survey to a page with shortcodes.
You can use WP permissions to only show that page to logged-in members.
Try asking your question on the new CiviCRM help site.

Ah-ha! Is there documentation on shortcodes somewhere yet? I'm not seeing the active survey I created in the dropdown options from "Please select a CiviCRM front-end page type." and manually entering some shortcode didn't work either:

[civicrm component="survey" id="1" mode="live"]
