I haven't set the payment processor to run under secure url (SSL) at this moment and also the payments are being tested on the PayPal sandbox accounts. The Drupal version is 5.1 and CiviCRM is 1.7.9379.

When a participant joins an event and pays the event fee, the pages seem normal as it directs the participant to the PayPal page to settle the fee. However, will the PayPal notify the system if the fee is settled? What I get is lots of pending status in the contribution page.

Another problem is that when I tried to use the CiviContribute to donate money, a blank page is shown after I have chosen the contribution amount. Why doesn't it direct to the PayPal Page as the CiviEvent do?
