Event registration form
October 09, 2013, 02:02:27 pm
I'm trying to setup an event registration form and when I try and visit the page I pasted the shortcode on i get the following message:

Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
DB Error: unknown error
Return to home page.

Does anyone know why this is happening? Is there a log file somewhere?
