Mailings not getting scheduled.

I have created several CiviMail mailings both for a future time and send immediately but the "scheduled" column in the scheduled and sent mails is blank and the mailings are not getting sent. I have the cron job running, and it is reporting that the mailer job is executing successfully.

Any suggestions as to what might be wrong or what I need to do to test it?

On further review, I have determined that the problem is related to having CiviMail's workflow integration enabled. When I disabled it, mailings are scheduled.
