Admin menu no longer available...
April 09, 2008, 12:00:50 pm
There was a server crash and now when I go to ...civicrm/admin you get the site and page but not the admin choices.
CiviCRM seems to work fine otherwise, phpmyadmin lets me into the database etc.
Drupal users are still set to the right role for civi access.
Sessions on drupal and civi have been cleared?
Any thoughts? I will look more in a bit but somewhat stuck.

Try clearing the Drupal sessions table as well as deleting the templates_c CiviCRM directory; this most probably won’t fix it, but at least rule out some of the variables.
If you found the above helpful, please consider helping us in return – you can even steer CiviCRM’s future and help us extend CiviCRM in ways useful to you.

Thanks Piotr.
It worked, kind of.  ;)
I think there was a time last week I updated file permissions via my host control panel by adding an admin user.
Then this folder did not allow read write to the www-data.
When I did what you said even less appeared, which made me look at the permissions.
