How to export 'notes' ?

Hi I am new here..

Is there an easy way to search/report and export the notes with the contact details of a group of consituents?

You can use 'Advanced Search' to search on Notes.

To export the notes along with contact details
1. Do an advanced search (specify the search criteria)
2. Select 'Export Contacts' in actions menu
3. In export step 2, select 'Select fields for export' and continue
4. Inexport step 3, you can select the fields to be exported and you can select 'Note(s)' as one of the fields along with other contact details.

Or else here's in another alternative. Go to Search >> Search Builder and then choose Contact >> Note(s): Body only or Note(s): Subject Only >> Not Empty(operator) to get desired result. Choose needed contacts in the list whom you want to export and click 'Export Contacts' in actions and proceed further to export. Although Search builder is flexible enough to choose w/o other combination and/or operators.
