This only occurs for one specific site, and it occurred with 4.3.5 so I upgraded to 4.3.7 but the problem remains.

I create a new mailing, select a group to send it to, Next to step 2 of 5, leave all fields as default, Next to step 3 of 5, enter (quite a lot of) content then Next but what happens is I get thrown back to Step 1 (but for a new mailing, ie not the one I was working on).  The mailing that I was working on is, however, saved as Draft (ie "Not Scheduled").

I have checked the Drupal "Recent Log Messages" report, but there is nothing there.  I have put the debugger on but it shows nothing, ie no errors are occurring.   

What can I do to try to diagnose (or, better still, resolve) the issue?
