Installing CRM getting MYSQL SUPPORT not included in PHP

I have installed Drupal on a Centos 6.4 machine. Using PHP 5.4 Apache 2.2.23 and MySQL 5. 5.29

I have seen the solutions for windows, but cannot find nothing to help me resolve this issue. Anybody have a clue of how or where to look.
