Scheduled Jobs not working after 4.3.7 upgrade

Since upgrading last week from 4.3.4 to 4.3.7 (Drupal 6), my scheduled jobs have stopped working.

I use wget in cron and now get 'ERROR: Invalid username and/or password' for any valid user/pw combination.

Has the permissions model changed in some non-obvious way?

Yes cron has changed.  You must verify that the user and password exist for running cron.php and have the appropriate permissions.  If you have doubts about permissions, you can try setting 'administer CiviCRM' for the cron user at least temporarily to see if that fixes it.
