Scope for extension to prevent From addresses that might lead to blacklisting

We are working with a client who wants to ensure that their staff don't inadvertently cause the CiviCRM to be blacklisted. It has happened once already since the domain of the CiviCRM instance is not the same as the very large organization's email domain, which has very strict policies.

Here is the initial functional spec:

Any comments or feedback on this in terms of approach and scope?

Seems like a good idea.

I like that it proposes to suppress invalid emails before the email is even composed -- that avoids problems where the user writes a message, hits send, sees an error, and feels frustrated about having put in invalid data.
