Image uploads not working on Firefox: KCFinder error?

Using chromium image uploads work fine, but with Firefox I'm getting an error when they click any button in the KCFinder pop-up window (upload, about, settings etc.)

"The address wasn't understood. Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (kcact) isn't associated with any program.
The url for the pop-up is:

http://www.mysite.org.au/sites/mysite.org.au/modules/civicrm/packages/kcfinder/browse.php?cms=civicrm&type=images&CKEditor=html_message&CKEditorFuncNum=3&langCode=enIn my firebug console, when I load the popup it shows an error:

Error: Permission denied to access property 'SetUrl'
window.opener && window.opener.SetUrl
joiner.php (line 1518)
I'm using civiCRM 4.3.5 with drupal 6 on a Debian server.

Any ideas? I hope that this is the right place for this post, but I'm beginning to think that I should be over at the CKeditor forums...

This sorted itself out when I upgraded to civicrm 4.4
