"No matching contact" block import function
October 17, 2013, 11:25:31 am
Hi all,

I'm running:

Joomla 1.5.26

Civi 3.4.8

I'm trying to import contributions from contacts who already exist in Civi. My data is on a .csv downloaded from Network For Good, which we're trying for donation processing.

I've verified that the contacts and the match data (first, last, email) are correct in Civi and they are precisely the same as the corresponding fields in the .csv

When I run the import, I'm using a strict individual dedupe rule with these weights--[First (5)Last(10)Email(10)].

But when I run it, I get an error that says in precisely this format: "No matching Contact found for (FIRST LAST emailaddress@domain.com)

Again, I've verified that FIRST LAST emailaddress@domain.com does truly exist in Civi and has exactly the same data that the import function is telling me does not match.

Any advice would be appreciated, thank you!
