Moving from Joomla 1.013 to Joomla 1.52 - how do I migrate CiviCRM?

I've been using CiviCRM 1.8 (it identifies itself as 1.8.11536) on a Joomla 1.0.13 installation. I've now moved server and created a clean Joomla 1.5.2 installation and used the migrator tool to move across the Joomla content (although I don't think the CiviCRM data was included).

What I'm wondering is what I should do now to move the CivilCRM database across. Do I install CiviCRM 2.0 beta? And if so, how do I then copy the data across?

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

2.0 does not support Joomla v1.5 (though a few users are successfully using it for the most part)

You are better off upgrading your v1.8 install to v2.0 in your Joomla 1.0.13 install and then moving the database to the 1.5.2 install.
