Hi,

Our Organization (based in USA) uses CiviContribute to accept online donations. A recent donor is having trouble getting his donation to successfully go through and I think it has something to do with the fact that he resides in the U.K. However, we've had recent successful contributions from Ireland and Canada.

His thought is that when he selects Country: "United Kingdom" and then select his State/Province: "Shetland Islands", for some reason the confirmation page brings up Shetland Islands as "ZET", an infrequently used abbreviation. Could that be causing the problem?

The form can be found here: http://bbrfoundation.org/donate

The error he receives says that his Billing Info does not match his Personal Info.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
