Suggestion: Create Stickies or sub forum for solved issues

Mods:
Would it be possible get solved issues turned into Stickies or moved to a sub-forum?  It seems like this might reduce the number of double postings on solved issues.
Thanks!
matt

Matt,

Would this really work? What's the difference between going through 1000 posts in sub-forum or 1000 stickies and going through 1000 posts in current board?

If you're looking for answers, the best way is to use search function. If you want to post a bug report and have it tracked, use our issue tracker (http://issues.civicrm.org).

Thx,
m

Perhaps not. My thinking, while browsing through the boards, was that there were some recurring issues (blank screen, fatal errors, etc) that might be good as stickies to create a knowledge base of sorts. Rethinking this, I suppose that there may be as many issues as there are hosts, which is only compounded by the various experience levels of the users. Oh well... it was just a thought!

Thanks...
matt
