notification email to admin - announcing new contact added - change link?

Hello, 4 years with civic in our organization - and it is going strong! Thank you to all in this community.  Can anyone answer this question without too much effort?

When a new contact registers for an event on line, an email is sent to our admin announcing that a new new contact has been added.

The email is formatted and has a link to view the contact summary. I need to change this link - but I cant find the file that contains it.
Do you know which file contains this?  using CiviCRM 3.4.5.   (yes, I know I should update - I am stuck in transferring our database from Joomla to Drupal)
