Weird ERROR Could not find valid value for id

Trying to get more information on this one. I have looked all over but can't get a real concrete answer. When I hit the back button or even when a page is loading I am getting this error. Can anybody point me in the right direction. This project is being done to prove CIVICRM can work for NASA document repository in DC. Any really sharp CIVICRM developers out there let me know. We are hiring!!!

would help a fair bit if you give some more details and specifics.

another recommeded thing to do is to try the same sequence on our demo servers to ensure that its not a config/install issue
