Changing the sub-type of a Contact in 4.4

In CiviCRM 4.3 it was possible to Edit a Contact in order to change its sub-type, but now that functionality seems to have disappeared in 4.4.  Is that deliberate, or am I missing something?

I just changed a contact from 'Individual' to 'Staff-Volunteer' (a sub type of Individual) in my 4.4 test system.  So, it seems to be working just as before... ???

Thanks for replying.
It was my mistake.  For some reason, I had lost some of my (Drupal) privileges and I could not longer see the Edit button fr a Contact.

Doh!   :-[
