Fatal error when accessing civicase (civicrm version 4.4)

Fatal error when accessing civicase (civicrm version 4.4) when drupal permission is ( access my case and activities).
This happened after upgrade to version 4.4. Works okay if access rights are ( access all cases & activities).
Error details:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method CRM_Core_PseudoConstant::activityContacts() in /var/www/civ5/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Case/BAO/Case.php on line 2793

Hi,

thanks for reporting this. Filed issue : http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-13657 (its fix https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/pull/1863) .
