CiviCRM 4.4 waitlist and require paticipant approval missing

I just installed CiviCRM 4.4, and tried to create a new event, then I found "Waitlist" is no longer in "Info and settings" page and "require participant approval" is no long in "online registration" page. I tried the demo website of CiviCRM, same thing there.

Are those option no longer supported?

Have you enabled the corresponding participants' status? they are disabled by default
-Hackathon and data journalism about the European parliament 24-26 jan. Watch out the result

 :-* my fault, forgot to enable those participant status, haven't install a brand new CiviCRM for a long time... ;D
