Hi,

I'm setting up automated renewal letters.

Situation:

Contact A has member end date of: Nov. 15
Contact B has member end date of: Nov. 5
Today is Nov. 1, the date the reminder is activated.

The scheduled reminder is set up to email members 7 days before their member end date.

This is the behavior I would expect:
Contact A receives the email on Nov. 8
Contact B never receives the email.

If someone could confirm this behavior or tell me differently, I would much appreciate it.
