Experimental Extension - IM Hyperlinks

As part of the CiviHR project, we've created an experimental extension that converts IM screen-names into hyperlinks. This is a somewhat difficult enterprise because there are many externalities - i.e. the user needs to configure his workstation to support various URLs, and there are many possible configurations (OS / browser / IM network / IM client). It may help to collect data/experiences/patches on hyperlinking to IM networks, so please feel free to comment here or in the spreadsheet with thoughts/experiences.
