I have a low understanding of what option to choose for extending CiviCRM for my intended purpose. I'd like to display selected contacts in a "card" format rather than the typical table format. I expect this could be a set of contacts from a smart group or individually selected contact id numbers that would be input into a plugin of some kind...but I'm not sure.

To say it a different way, what's the best way to generate a Joomla article that has contacts listed in the following format:

[picture or icon of an organization]
[contact or organization name]
[paragraph description of a person's biography or organization's mission]
[website]
[phone]
______________________________________________________

rinse...repeat...
