Please set a location type of Billing - Since upgrade to 4.4.0

Since an upgrade tot 4.4.0 I have on a Contribution page:

"Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
Please set a location type of Billing

Return to home page."

It was on a Dutch translated CiviCRM.

I saw http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php?topic=190.0 and http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-8108
Those exact problems did not exist.

What I did see was that the "Billing" record in table "civicrm_location_type"  had the translated word in "display_name".

When I set it in the database to Billing the contribution page worked again.
So somehow
http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-8108 reappeared again in 4.4.0, but I could not find any

it's fixed for 3.4.1 check out the PR is you want to get it now

fixed for 3.4.1?
or 4.4.1?
