New Organization subfields missing countries/provinces data

Hello,

I've successfully installed CiviCRM 2.0.2 on Joomla 1.5.2.  Upon creating a New Organization, I've found the Country & State/Provinces dropdown boxes only include US information.

I've checked civicrm_country (~245 records) and civicrm_state_province (~3,828 records) tables and they seem to be complete. 

Does anyone know what other tables could be corrupt or missing information?

This is controlled from Administer CiviCRM › Global Settings >> Localization ... Available Countries and States / Provinces.
