how can i change the timestamp in Events

I have the Problem, that i changed the system language in german.
Now the events start and end date is marked with "am" and "pm" (watch the screenshot).

Is anybody know where i can change this into european style??

Time formats don't change automatically when you switch languages. You have to do that part separately. See
http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/CiviCRM+Localisation#CiviCRMLocalisation-DateFormats
