never ending story... after update to 4.4 i get 001 error by event registration

My Problems never end with this system....

Now i installed civiCRM 4.4 on my Joomla and i always get a 001 error when i want to register to any event?!

It says i have to locate a category adress for billing????!!!
Whats happend now? >:(

The same error comes when i want to click on Contributions -> New contribution (see screen)

That's a bug which has already been fixed for version 4.4.1. We're releasing that version tomorrow.
