CiviEvent Price Set Display Name Incorrect
November 05, 2013, 10:46:23 pm
Having an issue with the displayed name of a Price Set in an event registration form.
I have copied a Price Set, re-naming it in the Settings area (Set Name field). Price Set preview shows the new name at the top of the Price Set.
The display in the event registration form shows the name of the original copied Price Set and I can't find where to alter it.
Help!

Can you confirm that you have chosen your copied then renamed price set on the configure fees page for your event?

Definitely chosen the new copied and renamed Price Set for the event. I even tried changing it back to the old one and renaming that, same result - old name appears in the event registration when the new name appears in the Price Set preview.

I had a go on your demo, and it didn't show the name of the Price Set in the reg form at all - only the "Fee Label" text in the Event "Fees" tab which I must say seems entirely sensible. So the issue must be either in restricted to Civi (Joomla) 4.2.12 or only to our site.

Thanks for suggesting that, and I will have a bit more of a look around in our own site to see if I can isolate anything further there.
