Pay Later not showing with Credit Card option selected

Just added the evalon payment processor for online payments.  It works fine for events, but when I set it up for registrations (contributions), on my live form it shows requiring credit card information, and the "Pay Later" option is not available.   I would like for both the "Pay Later" and credit card option to be available for registrations.

I have selected the payment processor in the contribution page, and below that selected the "pay later" option.

I also tried this on the CiviCRM Joomla sandbox, and get the same result.  If I uncheck the payment processor box, and leave just the "pay later" option, on the live page it does show the pay later option only correctly.

Running Joomla 2.5.14 and CiviCRM 4.3.5

Any help appreciated!

Sorry for creating additional trouble:

If you are using contribution pages, you most probably will have exposed your CiviCRM to the public.
 And this means, that you have a severe security issue with your site!

Please be aware, that CiviCRM 4.3.5 is not up-to-date anymore: There were 2 (?) security updates since then.
I would highly recommend to upgrade towards the latest version. And - maybe - there will be some kind of bugfix since then, that happens to solve your problem?!

I have upgraded (so far) to v4.3.7, and the problem still exists.  As I stated in the initial post, it is also happening on the CiviCRM sandbox, which is v4.4.

whats the url u r on?

might want to ensure u r using the demo servers which are now running 4.4, i dont think the sandbox servers have been updated recently

It is at v4.4. beta1 actually.  Right now though the administrator page is not working.

Any ideas why the "Pay Later" option does not show up when a payment processor is also selected?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can troubleshoot this?  Again, since it does not seem to work on the sandbox then perhaps there is a bug?

i just tried this on the joomla 4.4.2 demo, and it seems to work. can u check:
