Customization of Contribute Page Content - order & anonymous honoree?

I want to change the way Honoree information is displayed in a CiviCRM Contribute Page. Currently, It lists "In Honor of" and "In Memory of" but I would like to create a third checkbox that simply says "Anonymous."

Also, I would like to remove "Email" under In Honor of and In Memory Of, because we don't want to collect those email addresses.

Finally, I'd like to change the form order, first requesting the name, address, email, and phone numbers, and then add a checkbox that just says "Please send me more information about opportunities to support this project"

Is any of this possible?

the honoree information is currently hardcoded and fixed, so u'll need to use a hook and customized templates to extend that section. I think eileen has a patch for this that she maintains.
