Problem New mail give blank page

Hello,

I'm new with Civi and use it with Joomla 3.1.5

I have a problem trying to create a new mailing.
Doing this, either diretly in the menu Mailings/new mailing, either with the button "new mailing" in the find mailing windows, I got a white page.. no error, no message... just a white page.

May somebody help me
P.S. I already have a group "mailing list"

check your apache error logs please. that should give more details on the white page

Hello Apparently, it was due to problem during saving mail accounts --> no valid mail account was present.

yes, i've noticed that in joomla 3.1.x our fatal errors do not appear on the screen. I'm not sure why, but would be good to get that fixed. any chance u can take a look at it?

this is fixed for J 3.1 in 4.4.2 (but unfortunately broke things for drupal and wordpress!)
