Gender, age & Date of Birth on reports - CRM-13279

My client needs gender, age & date of birth on some reports.  I notice there's CRM-13279 that does this.  Is this in 4.3.7?  I don't see it anywhere...

from that issue, seems like those fields were added only to the participant listing report

http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/report/instance/24?reset=1

you can follow the pull requests and see what files were modified etc to get a better idea of what changes were made
