It's possible "Edit fields predefined panels"

We are new to CiviCRM, my question is whether it is possible to edit the fields of the panels are installed by default in the crm, as the contact panel or panel address. I should say as I can appreciate it or where to look for information.

Hi Miguel - it might help people answer if you  provide some example URLs on the demo site where you are wanting to make these changes
