A bad patch (my bad) went into 4.4.0 / 4.4.1 that affects sites running with:

* Drupal 7
* CiviCRM 4.4.0 + 4.4.1
* Using multi-lingual (e.g. two or more languages are enabled in CiviCRM)
* Using Drupal's path-based language detection (ex: example.org/en, example.org/fr, ..)

If it's the case, you will probably notice that links in CiviCRM admin forms are often broken.

The fix is available here:

And it should be included in 4.4.2.
