Hosting and Support Contract for CiviCRM and Joolma

We currently have our Joomla CMS and CiviCRM hosted by a non-specialist and are having a number of problems with support. Ideally, we would like to find a Host Provider who supports Joolma and CiviCRM. This is fairly easy as CiviHosting seems to meet the need and has good reviews.

However, trying to find a service provider who can provide us with an ongoing support contract who can develop Joolma and CiviCRM is more difficult.

Does anyone know or recommend any such providers?

I am a freelancer based in Belgium and have implemented several CiviCRM's
Under Joomla. Even hosted some on Civihosting. Indeed they are ok.
