Error when editing contacts: joomla fields showing in the Civi-fields
November 13, 2013, 06:46:50 am
Hi all,
I am experiencing some troubles with the Civi installation on our joomla platform: When editing contacts and clicking save, joomla fields are displayed in the Civi-fields, i.e. the fields where name, adress-info etc are displayed. Screenshot: http://i40.tinypic.com/15i1ac1.png

At one point I was redirected to this GNU page - but there was no promt to download or otherwise take action. Screenshot: http://i41.tinypic.com/2n0ldn4.png and the link (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html. )

Does anyone know what might be causing this, and how I might fix it? Thank you for your support!

Kind regards

Hi,

Seems that the ajax went wrong and fetched the wrong page. Might be an incorrect url setting in the civicrm.settings.php file

I'd suggest to check on demo with firebug open and see what is the url when loading the tab. Compare with yours, it must be different. Can you post your url?
