CivicDiscount Errors when deleting or editing code

Every time I try to delete or edit a discount code in Cividiscount 2.4 I get the following error

Fatal error: Class 'CDM_BAO_Item' not found in /home/sites/public_html/site.com/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Admin/Form.php on line 71

Anyone seen it?

same here after deleting a code that was generated with the previously installed 2.1

found and fixed the error. the patch is here:

https://github.com/dlobo/org.civicrm.module.cividiscount/commit/9bb0eceee6647265334b42877a0afa49d1374387.patch

we'll do a new release in a few days, so please do apply the patch and test
