Forms Problems
November 14, 2013, 07:55:09 am
Hi guys,
We have some weird issues with forms. A number of users (a *significant* number of users) are reporting that our Join, Renew and Donate forms don't work. These are standard CiviCRM profiles to collect some basic information then take payment

The issue is that they fill in the data and click the 'Contribute Now' button. Instead of getting the confirmation screen they are bounced back to the home page. The only way I can reproduce this in-house is to block cookies, but users have reported that that definitely have cookies enabled.

Any thoughts or help please, people are getting a bit angsty about it now as people can't join or pay

Jooma 2.5.16, CiviCRM 4.3.7

see if there are any error messages in civicrm's error log:

media/civicrm/ConfigAndLog/

that might give u a clue as to what is happening and why

Also confirm that the URL they are using is the same as the one set for CiviCRM in the settings file(s).

We have exactly the same issue but our suppliers have been unable to resolve it. Has anyoine managed to resolve this issue yet? I would love to hear from them.
