Mail Not Sending

We have moved our server three times within the past 5 months.  CiviCRM had no issues until the third and final move.  Since the final move, our emails will not send.  Anyone have an idea as to why this happened and how to repair the problem?

Did you confirm that the current outgoing mail settings work? What are they? Does the new server have outgoing mail setup?

Thanks for your response.  How can I confirm that the outgoing mail settings work?  This is not a new server.  Its the same one we always had.  How can I confirm that the outgoing mail is set up on the server?
