We recently upgraded our servers to 4.4.1. Everything went smoothly on the test-server, but on the live server, we had a small issue with the CiviCRM news dashlet on the dashboard.

When loading the dashlet, Firebug logs an error in the console:
TypeError: CRM.url is not a function
CRM.url('init', '/civicrm/example?placeholder');
The specific dashlet area then stops loading and prompts for username and password instead.  Now obviously, I could just deactivate this dashlet, but I am just worried that this might have an impact on other elements as well.

Since this works on the testserver, I'm sure it must be a setting somewhere that we forgot, does anyone have any ideas on what might trigger this?
